The project scoope includes but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, paving, striping, site utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, FRP, casework, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, doors, frames, hardware, sectional doors, glazing, gypsum board, plaster, painting, tile, flooring, signage, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, lockers, appliances, countertops, roller shades, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low valtage.

The project is a prevailing wage project.
