Project Description:
The Work of this Contract includes structural rehabilitation (primarily concrete repairs) at the Brooklyn Vent Building (BVB), Governor's Island Vent Building (GIVB), and Manhattan Blower Building (MBB). The Work is more fully described in the Technical Specifications. The scope of the Work is summarized as follows:
1. Miscellaneous repairs of stairways from foundation level through roof level for the BVB and MBB
2. Miscellaneous concrete repairs from the sub levels to the roof level for the BVB and MBB
3. Miscellaneous concrete repairs from the pump room to the S-3 level for the GIVB
4. Miscellaneous concrete repairs within the stairway of the Manhattan Exhaust Building
5. Installation of pipe liner in the East and West tube roadway drain pipe
6. Replacement of catch basin funnel and strainer basket in the GIVB pump room.
