- Roofing (TPO and Shingles)
- Gutters & Downspouts
- Doors and Hardware
- Flooring
- Construction Clean
- Windows
- Stucco

Participation by Construction-Trade Unions are heavily preffered. MBE and WBE firms are also encouraged to participate.

If awarded the project, subcontractors will be required to provide General Liability, Worker's Comp, Auto and Umbrella Insurance. The insurance requirements can be found in the Dropbox link.
