The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified firm capable of performing radon testing and mitigation for the HUD funded Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program, administered by the Rockland County Office of Community Development ("RCOCD"). These services will be required in residential homes throughout the County of Rockland ("County") as required by RCOCD.
