Construction includes improvements to an existing municipal water well (Well No. 5), welded steel water storage tank, booster pump system, hydropneumatic tank, emergency electrical generator, automatic transfer switch, site earthwork, surfacing, fencing, pipeline connection to the water distribution system, electrical building, electrical, controls, instrumentation, PG&E new service installation/connection and Well No 1 destruction.
