Suffolk County is replacing the aging Smith Point Bridge with a new, state-of-the-art fixed bridge that will be constructed just west of the existing structure. The new bridge will carry William Floyd Parkway (CR 46) over Narrow Bay into Smith Point County Park—providing a safer, stronger, and more resilient crossing for generations to come.
