The Work consists of modernization of classroom interiors, including finishes, casework, sinks, and lights; Upgrades of the boy's and girl's restrooms, including new fixtures and finishes; and new fence and gate at rear of school.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control, Survey, Final Clean, Demolition, Abatement, Concrete, Misc. Metals, Framing, Millwork, Caulking and Sealants, Insulation, Drywall, FRP, Acoustic Ceilings, Flooring, Wall Covering, Classroom Specialties, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, Electrical, Grading, Fences and Gates, Landscape, and Paving.

The DVBE participation goal for the project is 3%.
