Subcontracting goals: Small Business (42%), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (10%), Women-Owned Businesses (5%), HUBZone (3%), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (5%), Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) (3%)
