Njirich & Sons, Inc. is seeking certified DBE Subcontractor and Supplier quotes for the following items: TRUCKING, REINFORCING STEEL, CONCRETE SUPPLY AND COSTRUCTION, HDPE LINING, STRUCTURAL STEEL, METAL DECKING, ROUGH CARPENTRY, GYPSUM BOARD, PAINTING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HVAC, PIPE BURSTING and other areas of not identified.

Njirich & Sons. Inc. intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms, including but not limited to breaking out contract work items to increase overall DBE participation. Plans and specifications are available from the municipality listed above and Njirich & Sons, Inc's Sonora, CA office. For assistance obtaining or regarding the plans and specifications, please contact the listed Estimator. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for subcontractors may be required. Certified DBE's are encouraged to contact Njirich & Sons, Inc. and request assistance if they are unable to meet bonding or insurance requirements. Please note that this is a prevailing wage project. Subcontractors will be subject to the terms and conditions of Njirich & Sons, Inc.'s subcontract and safety documents available at Njirich & Sons, Inc's Sonora, CA office. Subcontractor scopes and supplier quotes are required 24 hours prior to bid.
