We are seeking quotes for Written Language Translation Services from English to other languages in support of a state-level contract for alternate format services related to healthcare eligibility notices and applications. Translation partners will support written translation translation and linguistic quality control as part of a larger production pipeline. Scope includes translation of healthcare and benefits-related documents from English into target languages, including dynamic notices, static documents, applications, and interpreter statements. Languages of interest include Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Italian, French, Korean, Arabic, Haitian-Creole, Bengali, Polish, Urdu, Vietnamese, Yiddish, Hindi, Japanese, Nepali, and Twi. This contract includes next-business-day production requirements for certain notices. Translation partners must be able to support same-day or overnight turnaround for shorter text segments and work from pre-translated templates and translation memory. Translation delivered as clean text in DOCX, structured text, or similar formats. English source only. Healthcare, Medicaid, or public-benefits experience strongly preferred. We anticipate a high initial volume of full document translations ranging from 1-6 pages up to 40+ pages, with ongoing minor modifications requiring translation and quality assurance. We are looking for long-term partners. No additional bonding requirements.

No bonding, insurance, or union membership is required from subcontractors. Subcontractors must be New York State certified MBE or WBE firms.
