JMB is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation of construction of EBMUD's San Leandro Channel Crossing Pipeline.

We are seeking quotes for the following work items:
Trucking, Traffic Control, Pavement Sawcut, Asphalt Paving, Pavement Markings, and Vibration & Noise Monitoring.

Work includes 3600 lf of 24-inch steel water line by open trench, 2,100lf of 30-inch HDPE direction drill pipeline, water appurtenances, support of District Tie-Ins, pipeline abandonment, roadway restoration, and traffic control

Engineer's Estimate is $17,000,000 to $22,000,000

We are available to assist interested subs and vendors with questions regarding scopes of work, interpretation of bid documents, obtaining bonds, insurance and lines of credit or any other technical assistance needed. We can also assist DBE's in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies or materials. We are also available to discuss breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE participation.
