We are looking for DVBE businesses to bid on this project as subcontractors. Trades include demolition, Concrete, Structural Steel, Painting, Asphalt, Seal Coating. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Schedule is from 3/1/2026 and work to be fully completed by 5/1/2026.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, Manteca Unified School District requirements. A certificate of insurance must be issued with VCSI and Manteca Unified School District listed as additional insured.
