SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified WBE, MBE, SBE, DBE, and DVBEs for the following items of work, but not limited to: Electrical and Mechanical, Water Storage tank interior and exterior, water main installing, pipe and appurtenances and related materials, aggregate, base, concrete, asphalt, trucking, staking and more. See project scope for full detail of materials and labor required for this project.

SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

Scope of work includes: improvements to existing booster pump station (installing a new emergency backup generator & ATS, replacing pumps, piping, MCC, MSB, and control panels); improvements to 3 existing water storage tanks (coating tank interiors and exteriors, installing antennas control panels); improvements to 3 existing wells (replacing pumps, motors, piping; electrical; and building upgrades and repairs); and constructing new central electrical and control building for the three existing wells.

DBE's can no longer self-certify, and DBE firms must be certified at bid opening. DBE Firms must provide proof of DBE Certification from: USEPA, SBA, Department of Transportation DBE Certification Program (Caltrans). Tribal, State or local government.

Wage Requirements: This project is funded in part by the State Revolving Fund (SRF), which requires payment of both the State of California and US Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wages. Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
