Project Details

Actively seeking participation from Minority Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) for subcontracting opportunities related to the above referenced EMWD project.

The CMS/IS scope includes construction management, resident engineering, inspection (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical/I&C), scheduling, claims support, labor compliance, and commissioning support.

Jacobs is seeking certified and qualified MBE and/or WBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide experienced, part-time scheduling and claims abatement services for the duration of the project.

- Brief Summary of Services Offered
- Statement of Qualifications or Experience: We are seeking resumes and project experience. Relevant Experience shall include a brief paragraph including Project Scope; Construction Value; Date Completed; Reference Contract; and whether the firm was the prime or subconsultant. Please identify and describe the role of proposed staff for the project. Experience with EMWD, treatment plants and conveyance pipelines are preferred by not required.


As subconsultants you must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, guidelines, regulations, and requirements. Without limitation of the foregoing, to the extent applicable, you shall:

i. Comply with the provisions of the adopted environmental mitigation plan, if any, for the term of the Contract;
ii. Comply with the State Water Board's "Policy for Implementing the Clean Water State Revolving Fund," as amended from time to time, including the Intended Use Plan in effect as of the execution date of the Agreement.
iii. Comply with and require compliance with the state and Federal requirements

Insurance Requirements

Please note EMWD requires subconsultant(s), maintain a Professional Insurance (errors and omissions) limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
