SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers, including all certified DBE for the following items of work, but not limited to; dry well demo and installation of new wet well, drilling, pipe, pump, electrical and mechanical, electrical light pole, sewer basins, grading, generator and electrical, trenching, sheeting and shoring, sewer (6"-10") and electrical pipe and appurtenances, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, trucking, traffic control, construction signs and more. American Iron and Steel requirements apply.
SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.
Scope of Work includes: Constructing new wastewater treatment plant, rehabilitation of existing sewer lift station, replacement of pressure sewer main, problematic sewer main location and miscellaneous other sewer system items.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and Davis Bacon In addition, as this is a Federally-funded project, the prevailing wages determined by the U.S. Department of Labor also apply to the work. If there is a difference between the minimum wages predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and the general prevailing wage determinations issued by the Director of the California Department of Industrial relations for similar classes of labor, the higher wage rate must be paid by the contractor and all subcontractors.

Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
DBE's can no longer self-certify, and DBE firms must be certified at bid opening. DBE Firms must provide proof of DBE certification from: The Small Business Administration(SBA), The Department of Transportation's State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State and Local governments SBA, MBDA, and/or Independent private organization certifications. If an entity holds one of these certifications, it is considered acceptable for establishing status under the DBE Program.
