BD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all San Leandro Local Businesses Mobilization (Max 10% of total base bid), Traffic Control / Pedestrian Control, Water Pollution Control Work, Clearing, Grubbing, and Tree Protection, Conform Landscaping, Remove Asphalt Flatwork, Grind Asphalt Flatwork, Remove Concrete Flatwork, Remove Sign and Post, Remove Bike Corral, Remove Bollard, Remove and Install Trash Receptacle, Remove and Install Recycling Receptacle, Remove and Install Dog Bay Dispenser, Remove and Install Roadside Sign, Remove and Install Irrigation Box, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Island, Concrete Curb, Hot Mix Asphalt (4-inch), Class 2 Aggregate Base (6-inch), Speed Hump, Handrails, Bollards, Wheel Stops (3-feet and 6-feet), Bike Rack, Truncated Domes, Asphalt Resurfacing/Coat - Overkote, White Crosswalk Striping, White Parking Striping, Blue Parking Striping, Emergency Vehicle Striping, Roadside Sign, Custom Roadside Sign, 2nd Coat of Asphalt Sealant - Overkote and all Material suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%.
