Flowline Contractors, Incorporated is seeking quotes from DBE, Section 3 Businesses and City of Patterson residents for the following: Paving, Concrete, Saw-Cutting, Striping, Trucking, Construction Staking, SWPPP, Pipe Parts Supplier and Select Material Supplier for a project located in Patterson, CA. Whenever feasible, we will do our absolute best to accommodate partial scope quotes to allow smaller businesses to participate if a contract is too large for one firm to handle.
The overall project consists of the installation of approximately 22,035 LF of new water mainline, water services, fire hydrant assemblies and other appurtenances. Surface improvements include grading and paving 9th street as well as trench paving after we install the mainline and all pavement striping/marking.

This is a prevailing wage project and all contractors and subcontractors must have a valid DIR number.
