Pursuant to California Education Code 17406, notice soliciting proposals is hereby given that Blach Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids for the Pleasanton Unified School District - Amador Valley High School Campus Renovation - Increment 2. The second increment of the project includes: The construction of the New Competition Gym (BLDG S) & the New Theater (BLDG T), site work adjacent to buildings and to support EVA and path of travel improvements. Excavation, rough grading, and pad preparation for future new Competition Gym and Theater Buildings.

All subcontractors who intend to submit a bid or proposal for any such work must:

- Prequalify with Blach Construction and the Pleasanton Unified School District. To obtain instructions on how to prequalify, please contact Alex Waldsmith (alex.waldsmith@blach.com).
- Adhere to Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements, as stated in Public Contract Code 2601 and 2602 as well as Senate Bill 693.
