This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with Rockland County Procurement Policy.
Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met by February 26, 2026, prior to 3:00 PM. A statement of capabilities shall include working knowledge of the current app in use and abilities to provide the required Alert/Push Notifications required along with rebroadcast capabilities. A determination by the County not to compete the
proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered
solely for the purpose of determining whether to meet a competitive requirement. Responses to this notice may
