Purpose
The Rockland County Sewer District No. 1 (RCSD No. 1) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide labor, equipment, materials, containers, transportation, and disposal for sewer grit and screenings generated at the wastewater treatment plant located at 4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY, on an as-needed basis.
