Project Details

SCOPE: This Design-Build Guaranteed Maximum Price Project has been awarded to Alten Construction, LLC and we are bidding it out to subcontractors and suppliers in multiple increments.
Increment 1 Scope of Work: Modernization of Buildings A, B, C, D, & H including voluntary seismic work and associated site work.
Increment 2 Scope of Work: New grandstands, new building K, and associated site work.
Field & Turf Scope of Work: Demo and replacement of the current football field & synthetic track.
All work on the occupied McClymonds High School campus.

Please note if you are an Oakland SLBE or LBE on your bid scope - there is a 50% combined goal for this project!

1-Year General Warranty (refer to your spec section for other potentially longer warranties)

New as of 1/1/24: SUBMIT YOUR ANNUAL 2025 CARB FORM WITH YOUR BID. New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. Current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board's D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required/collected/and monitored at all times by Alten on-site staff. We cannot issue a subcontract to you without this form.

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list - make sure to put them on your bid scope's 1st page!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required project insurance in your bid.
Subcontractors & Suppliers are required to comply with Alten's standard supplier contract or subcontractor contract which can be found on our website www.altenconstruction.com or requested via email bids@altenconstruction.com.
