Project Description: Alterations to the lower parking lot, including but not limited to elevating, regrading/resurfacing, and restriping of the parking lot and accessible parking, and a concrete retaining wall.

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: demolition, signage, earthwork, grading, trenching, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, concrete paving, disinfection of water distribution systems, piping, manhole covers, electrical, lighting, telecommunications cabling, trucking.

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE 3% goal). The project may be funded in part or in whole by Education Code Section 17076.11 and complies with the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate requirements. All firms are encouraged to participate.
