We are seeking proposals from qualified Women‑Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and Minority‑Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) for the Pilot Point WWTP Improvements Project; Package #6 - Treatment Structures, which includes the construction of treatment‑related structures, process piping, equipment supports, and all required appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents.

Sitework: Excavation, subgrade preparation, hauling of spoil materials, SWPPP preparation, construction road maintenance, and site restoration.
Concrete: Vertical concrete construction, water‑holding structures, ready‑mix supply, formwork installation, rebar reinforcement, rodbusters, and related concrete services.
Piping: Piping materials, piping subcontractors, metal fabrication suppliers, and all other piping‑related appurtenances.

Certified WBE and MBE businesses are strongly encouraged to participate. Proposal documents, plans, and specifications are available upon request.
