The Evans Center Modernization and Voluntary Seismic Upgrade,
located at 1400 Evans Ave. San Francisco CA 94124, includes
structural seismic upgrades, a new roof, new windows, replacement of
the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation and air
conditioning system, and renovation/reconfiguration of 89,000 sq ft of
interior spaces. The project also includes site lighting, fencing, site
restoration/improvements and an automotive spray-booth project
under a separate DSA application.
