Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the William Penn Elementary School Modernization Project. This is a multi-prime bid and we are bidding on Bid Package 01: Demolition & Abatement. The general scope of work consist of abatement and interior demolition. Potential subcontractors/suppliers needed include trucking, hazardous waste hauling, equipment rental, and materials. The Bakersfield City School District has established a 3% DVBE participation goal for this project.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is union company and is signatory to Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
