KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Former Utica City Dump, Site No. 633015 project to the NYSDEC on 04/16/2026 at 1:00PM. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
