We are seeking General Contractors (Class A), Plumbers (Class C36) and subcontractors/suppliers to install approximately 71 residential water meters, abandonment of existing water infrastructure, hot tapping of new water services, relocation of water services, site restoration, and asphalt paving. We are seeking underground mechanical contractors, mechanical/piping suppliers, traffic control, erosion control, and asphalt subcontractors. The project is located in the City of South Lake Tahoe and surrounding unincorporated areas of El Dorado County. The project is expected to occur between June and October 2026. The project is being funded in part by a grant from the Bureau of Reclamation. We are seeking participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
