NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected Entity, will receive bids for the SDCCD Miramar College - Early Education Center - Fire Suppression Design-Build Project Project, located at 10440 Black Mountain Road, San Diego, CA 92126.

FLINT Design Build is seeking bids for the following bid packages:
BP-01: Fire Suppression

This is FLINT's project.

Prevailing wages shall be provided for all work on this project. All work is to comply with the Project Labor Agreement and all subcontractors at every tier must bind to the agreement.

All inquiries regarding this bid should be sent in the messages section of Building Connected.

Prior to the interview, subcontractors must prequalify with FLINT via Building Connected, or have been prequalified with FLINT within the last year and for an amount not to exceed their established contract limits.
