This project consists of the modernization of 153 existing residential units. The project will be broken down to a minimum of six phases of 26 units, with each phase consisting of 100 calendar days.

We are looking for the following scopes of work: Termite Tenting, Abatement, Demolition, Minor Grading, Site Concrete, Concrete Patching, CL Fence, WI Fence and Gates, CMU Walls, Site Furnishings, Playground Equipment, Artificial Turf, Landscape, Framing, Cabinets, Countertops, Insulation, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Windows and Screens, Drywall, Plaster Patching, Floorcovering, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Solar, Final Cleaning.

We are soliciting WBE, MBE and Section 3 subcontractors.
