The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified consultant to report directly to the Sheriff of Rockland County and provide guidance as it relates to Technology and Communications (Voice, Cellular, and Data), direction, project management, and implementation of various technological upgrades, ensuring they adhere to technological best practices for law enforcement needs. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
