Suulutaaq, Inc. is seeking qualified bids for subcontractors, suppliers, fabricators, consultants and truckers for the Contra Costa County Water District's Pinole Creek Bank Erosion Repair Project. This project has the district's project number 7532-6D9N03. The following vendors/trades are sought Survey, Clear and Grub, Erosion Control with Temporary Fence, Dewatering and Diversion, Excavation, Rock Placement, Topsoil Placement, Hydroseed, and Trucking. Traffic Control will be considered.

Plans and specifications are available at estimating@suulutaaq.com. Please email so that we can send you a full set of contract documents. The district requires that 20% of this project be subbed out. Work is available to any form of MBE, WBE, LBE, SBE, DVBE, or OBE.

Subcontractors with contractors' licenses sufficient to perform their own scope will be necessary. DIR numbers and prevailing wage will be necessary for subcontractors. Suulutaaq, Inc is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborer's unions, so subcontractors that employ operators or laborers would either need to be signatory as well, or capable of signing a one-time agreement with either of those two unions.

Vendors are encouraged to provide scope letters early so that Suulutaaq, Inc. may provide both assistance and feedback, including negotiating and refining a scope of work that works for both parties.
