KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Ray Brook Water District Water System Improvements Ph. 2 project to the Town of North Elba on 4/23/26 at 1:00PM. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
