MOBILIZATION, TRAFFIC CONTROL, TEMP EROSION CONTROL, ADJUST EXISTING MANHOLES AND UTILITY BOXES/VALVES TO GRADE, DIG OUT AND REPAIR (UNSUITABLE MATERIAL), 2" MILL AND PAVE (JOHNSON BLVD), CALTRANS TYPE E INDUCTIVE LOOP (JOHNSON BLVD), 2" HMA PATCHING OF MILLED SURFACE (JOHNSON BLVD), HMA PATCHING OF MILLED SURFACE - 1.5"-6" CRACKS (JOHNSON BLVD), TYPE E AC DIKE (JOHNSON BLVD), CRACK SEALING OF MILLED SURFACE (JOHNSON BLVD), 4" AC (2 LIFTS) ON 8" AB (INCLUDING REMOVAL OF EXISTING AC AND SUBBASE), YIELD LANES 12IN WIDE - YELLOW, STOP BAR 12IN WIDE - WHITE, BIKE LANE SYMBOL WITH PERSON - WHITE, BIKE LANE ARROW - WHITE, TYPE VII ARROW - WHITE, TYPE IV ARROW - WHITE, WORD PAVEMENT MARKINGS - WHITE, CROSSWALK HATCHING - WHITE, 4" FOG LINE - WHITE, 4" DASHED FOG LINE - WHITE, 4" DOUBLE CENTERLINE - YELLOW.
