215LF of 6" concrete curb, 4" concrete over 6" AB - 6,800SF 4" sewer and 1.5" water line to restroom modular, 4" and 1.5" waterline from north side to existing partner storage, water line to office from north side of existing partner storage, install 295' of concrete valley gutter - 3' wide, install 189' of storm drain with connection to existing drain inlet, grade and compact 30,000SF, excavation as needed to meet site grade requirements. Spread existing base rock onsite, lay all roll 12" ¾" aggregate base, install4" asphalt concrete over 30,000SF, 4" concrete over 6" AB - 6,800SF, and striping for parking
