Beador Construction Company is the Prime Contractor on this project and we are looking for a DBE Firm to Grind and Groove Bridge Deck.

The total quantity will be 3100 SQFT.

Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador� insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador. Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
