Project includes renovations for two (2) separate school campuses: Pinewood ES & Sierra Ridge MS. We are seeking quotes for Demolition, Paving, Misc. Metals, Doors, Hardie Siding, Site Work, Landscape, Flooring, Paint.

Pinewood ES: Scope includes campus-wide door hardware replacement, sitework at the front entrance, replacement of flooring and paint in multiple classrooms, & repairing moisture damage one pair of restrooms, along with ADA upgrades for restrooms.

Sierra Ridge MS: Scope includes ADA upgrades for path-of-travel through Building A as well as Building B restrooms, with Building B restrooms receiving new finishes. Building B interior paint & flooring to be replaced, and exterior to be demo'ed and replaced with Hardie siding. Basketball courts to be re-paved and re-striped.
