We are requesting quotes for the following types of work: Welding, Misc. Metals, Coffer Dam, Shoring, Bypass Pumping, Piping, Electrical, Aggregate Suppliers, Trucking. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: [A] Demolition of existing trash rack and 42-inch butterfly valve; [B] Installation of OWNER furnished 42-inch knife gate valve and hydraulic power unit; [C] Installation of small diameter hydraulic supply and return lines between valve cylinder and hydraulic power unit; [D] Fabrication and installation of new trash rack; [E] Diverting reservoir inflows and maintaining downstream river flows during the replacement work; [F] Startup and commissioning of OWNER furnished 42-inch knife gate and hydraulic power unit.

Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney, unless the project documents note otherwise.
