Work consists of construction of a new TK-8 public charter modular campus with site improvements and installation of 18 stockpile relocatable buildings. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: site demolition, saw cutting, excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, ADA striping, signage, fencing, landscaping, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry GL insurance as required by the specs.

All MEP subcontractors are required to prequalify with Chico Unified School District by June 2nd.
