We are seeking quotes from DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for earthwork, excavation, grading, demolition, trucking, aggregate base, asphalt paving, striping, site concrete, reinforcing steel, concrete pumping, concrete finishing, underground utilities, surveying, erosion control, SWPPP, equipment rental, and related material supply for the District Campus Phase III - Child Development project. The project consists of the construction of a new 15,540 SF Child Development Facility and associated site improvements, including demolition, grading, paving, utilities, foundations, and structural concrete work. DVBE participation is encouraged.

CENCAL Services, Inc. is a signatory union contractor with the Carpenters, Operators, Laborers and Cement Masons. Subcontractors will be required to comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements, insurance requirements and bonding requirements per the project specifications.
