This phase consists of new construction of 15,540 sf structural steel/wood framed building including all new site utilities, new onsite/offsite improvements including sidewalks landscaping and parking lots. Furnish and install all work specifically required throughout the project documents to complete the work of this bid package that specifically includes but is not limited to the following.
