Project Details

Stalco is submitting a bid to the Incorporated Village of Mineola for the Community Center Renovation project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

M/WBE Goal: 30%; SDVOB Goal: 6%; New York State Prevailing Wage Shall Apply.

Renovation of the proposed community center cellar, gymnasium, stage, multipurpose rooms, kitchen, lobby, hallways, closets, and West entryway.

Scope of work includes: cutting and patching; temporary facilities and controls; temporary fire protection; environmental controls; asbestos removal; hazardous material removal; waste transportation and disposal; concrete formwork; reinforcing steel; cast in place concrete; masonry mortaring, thin brick; mortar; masonry accessories; concrete unit masonry; masonry restoration; structural steel; cold formed steel framing; rough carpentry; finish carpentry; architectural woodwork; aluminum soffits and fascias; metal roof panels; flashing and sheet metal trim; gutters and downspouts; firestopping penetrations; caulking and sealants; steel doors and frames; wood doors; aluminum windows; finish hardware; gypsum board assemblies; suspended acoustical systems; resilient tile flooring; painting; fire extinguishers; basketball equipment;
