Schedule A - The project sites include the Oerding Height Water Reservoir located at end of North Laurel Street and Knowlton Heights Water Reservoir located off of South Irving Street.

Schedule B - The work includes concrete rehabilitation of the exterior of Oerding Height Water Reservoir located at end of North Laurel Street, exterior of Knowlton Heights Water Reservoir located off of South Irving Street and the spillway located at Rink Creek Reservoir at the east end of Shelly Road.

Schedule C - The work is located at the Rink Creek Raw Water Reservoir located at the east end of Shelly Road
