Stalco is submitting a bid to the Town of Hempstead for the AOP Treatment at Roosevelt Field Well No. 10 - General Construction project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project has an Apprenticeship requirement. Minority Requirements MBE 5.8%, WBE 6.9% & SDVOB EEO

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Preliminary site work including: utility mark-out, erection of safety fencing, erosion control facilities, clearing and grubbing.
2. New site drainage structures and piping.
3. Excavation, removal of excess and/or unsuitable excavated material, sheeting reinforcement, import of suitable material, soil compaction and testing.
4. Construction of new building, including: all concrete footings/foundations/walls, concrete reinforcement, penetrations, structural steel, masonry, light-gauge, drywall, trusses, framing, roofing, windows, doors, louvers, grating, stairs, siding, finishes, etc.
5. Surface preparation and coating of structural steel, walls, and other items as noted.
6. Install epoxy floor coating system.
7. Site restoration including final grading and placement of topsoil and seeding.
8. Asphalt removal new paving of driveway areas.
9. New asphalt paving.
10. New sidewalks and concrete curbing.
11. New H2O2 tank fencing.
12. Project closeout submittals.
