SCOPE OF WORK: Consists of the removal of all existing structures, and the construction of new onsite and offsite improvements, utility services, grading, storm drainage, landscape, and surface parking. Scope will also include the relocation of the existing walking trail, power lines and related lighting fixtures, benches, and exercise equipment; and the planting of 99 new trees, 44 of which are in the Magic Johnson Park site.

We are seeking bid proposal for: Survey, Erosion Control Setup and/or Inspections, Traffic Control, Site Demolition, Installation of Salvage Outdoor Fitness Equipment and Site Benches, Electrical (site), Traffic Signal, Grading, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Site Concrete, Chain Link Fence & Gates, Landscape & Irrigation and Underground Wet Utilities.

Project has 25% certified Community Business Enterprises (CBE) goal.
