Resource Environmental Services LLC is seeking certified San Francisco Local Business Enterprises (LBE) and other qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the Sunnydale HOPE SF Infrastructure Phase 4 - Demolition & Abatement Project in San Francisco, CA. The general scope of work includes the abatement and demolition of 23 existing residential buildings. Possible subcontractors and suppliers include traffic control, SWPPP, erosion control, temp fencing, saw cutting, trucking/hauling, construction materials, and rental equipment.

Project Requirements: 20% LBE participation goal, state and federal wages apply.

RES encourages all subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is union company signatory to Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
