Project Details

Piazza Construction is seeking the use of qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the project: storm water soil loss prevention plan, precast concrete structures, booster pump, piping, valves and fittings, reinforcing bar, concrete, SS bolted steel tank, drain rock, class 2 aggregate base rock, electrical, instrumentation and communications equipment, peristic pumps, inline static mixers, polyethylene tanks, chain link fence and gate, CMU block and installation, metal studs and installation, standing seam metal roof and installation, metal door and frame, painting, waterproofing, fiber-cement siding, gaseous engine generators.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current, DVBE certification with proposal. Subcontractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
