The project is subject to federal grant requirements, including prevailing wage and California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration, American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) provisions. Selected subconsultants must also complete a Debarment and Suspension Certification.
