The County of Rockland is seeking qualified Proposers to provide comprehensive alcohol and drug testing services, including urine toxicology, oral fluid testing, instant testing supplies, laboratory analysis, reporting, expert court testimony, and related administrative support. Proposers must demonstrate proven experience, technical capacity, regulatory compliance, and the ability to provide timely, accurate results.
