We are seeking quotes for the following:
Demolition, Concrete, Insulation, Asphalt Shingle Roofing, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Aluminum Framed Entrance,
Gyp Board, Acoustical Ceiling, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
Construction of new offices, new walls, roof, reconfigure walls, install doors, painting,
flooring; and other work as specified in the Contract Documents, and as directed by the City
Engineer. It is important for all bidders to note that since the Police Operations must continue
uninterrupted, most of this construction work must be done during weekends and nights. The
bidders must consider this when they prepare their bids.
