We are seeking quotes for the following trades: electrical, earthwork, landscape, site utilities, architectural woodwork, metal wall panels, roof & soffit panels, waterproofing & misc. caulking, doors frames & hardware, curtain wall & storefront, drywall & insulation, lath & plaster, tiling & countertops, suspended ceilings, flooring, wall coverings, painting, signage, specialties, partitions, athletic field, window shades, MEPF, site concrete, fencing & gates.

Project Scope: Construction of (3) 2-story buildings. The campus will serve students from TK up to 8th grade. Site work includes two fire hydrants, an EVA, entry canopies, play structures, blacktop, athletic fields, fencing, bioretention, parking, site lighting, shade structures, and paths of travel for buildings.
